Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines vary based on location.

  • Delivery Responsibility: Once items are handed over to the logistics partner, we are not liable for delays caused by third parties.

  • Inspection on Delivery: Customers are required to inspect goods at delivery. Any damage must be reported immediately.

  • Large Items (e.g., Trucks, Solar Systems): Delivery involves special arrangements. Additional costs (logistics, insurance, permits) are borne by the buyer.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

  • Exclusions: No returns for used, installed, or altered items (e.g., spare parts that have been fitted, lubricants that have been opened, solar panels already installed).

  • Timeframe: Customers must request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed only after inspection. Refunds may take 7–14 business days and will exclude original shipping fees.

  • Exchange: Where possible, defective items will be replaced rather than refunded.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Trucks sold are non-returnable after delivery and inspection at handover.
